These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply when you as a consumer (“you”) place an order via www.luminarascandinavia.com and related pages (the “Website”). An agreement is signed between you and RESTYLE LUM CANDLES AB, org.no. 556549-3979, (“Luminara /” we “/” us “). Contact information and other information about Luminara can be found on the Website. The terms and conditions apply to all agreements that you as a consumer enter into with Luminara.

All prices on the website include applicable VAT. If you are under the age of 18 you must have the permission of the keeper to order from us.
We reserve the right for any misprints, product changes, price adjustments and color deviations as well as any final sales. We reserve the right to adjust any incorrect prices before and after the order is processed. Any recommendations are only recommendations based on personal views. We work to make our photos as representative as possible and in line with reality. We cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the product’s true appearance. We are not responsible for any information on the Website that comes from third parties.

All attempts at fraud are reported to police and Luminara reserves the right to cancel the purchase if fraud is feared. All goods remain Luminara’s property until full payment has been made to Luminara.

Your contact information will only be viewed and processed by Luminara and our partners. Your contact details will never be sold or otherwise disseminated to third parties without your approval.

All goods that are marketed and presented in the online store are in stock (unless otherwise stated). Stock status is constantly updated, and we reserve ourselves for minor deviations.

The site and its content are owned by us or our affiliates. The information is protected including through intellectual property and market law. This means that brands, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without our prior written consent.

Ordering and confirmation
In order to make a purchase through the Website, you must accept the Terms. When you accept the Terms, you agree to abide by them in full. You further acknowledge and confirm that you have consulted the information about personal data and approved the use of cookies.
By accepting the Terms at the same time as you place your order, a binding agreement between Luminara and you as a customer arises. When you place your order, you also accept that you will be liable for payment corresponding to the total amount of the order. When an order is received, an order confirmation is automatically sent to your registered e-mail address. You will receive a preliminary confirmation in step one. Once your package is packed and ready to be delivered, you will then receive your final order confirmation in step two. This order confirmation also serves as proof of guarantee after full payment.
Luminara reserves the right to deviate from the final delivery in cases where the stock balance was incorrect at the time of your order. You can place your order on the Website around the clock, the goods are normally picked the next working day.
Payment
Luminara collaborates with Klarna AB (corporate ID 556737-0431) where Klarna AB provides several payment solutions via Klarna Checkout. Klarna AB’s provision includes card payment, invoice, account invoice, part payment, Klarna Direkt, Swish, as well as payment through Internet banking via Swedbank, Handelsbanken, Nordea and SEB. When you accept Luminara’s terms of purchase and pay with Klarna Checkout, you also agree to Klarna AB’s terms.
