After your order
 

We process your order within 24 hours on weekdays. Once the order has been processed, the delivery time is 5-7 working days and you will pick up the package from your postal agent. When the package has arrived you will receive an SMS notification. When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation to your email. If you

have not received this within 1 working day, please contact our customer service.

 

Freight
 

Free shipping is valid for orders over SEK 1500 after deduction for any discounts. For orders between SEK 1 – SEK 1499 the shipping cost is SEK 59.00.

We ship all packages within Scandinavia with DHL.

Unclaimed packages
 

For packages that have not been collected, a fee of SEK 249 is charged. The fee corresponds to the costs it caused us to send out the package, as well as the cost of receiving it in return. If you have regretted when the package has already been sent from us, you will need to pick up the package at your delivery point and then send it back.
